We are searching for an experienced Machine Operator (Plasma Table) at our Mankato, MN facility.

Applications welcome ongoing for all Machine Operation (Saw, Press Brake, Plasma), Welding, Paint and Prime Prep and Final Assembly!
These positions are on 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday, with some Overtime on Fridays.
A position is also open on 2nd Shift: 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday, with some Overtime on Fridays.
Responsibilities
• Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
• Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
• Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
• Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
• Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed
Requirements
• A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• A solid understanding of production and organizational methods
• Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills
• Fine-tuned communication skills
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
• High School Diploma or GED desired

Physical Requirements:
The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
