Job Summary Provides administrative support for a Senior Vice President and/or additional Vice Presidents within the organization. # Job Responsibilities Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls. May use independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses. May provide support to executive leadership creating presentations for committee and/or board meetings. May utilize strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalates as necessary for resolution and/or prioritization. Assists with the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, and other written communications as required. May multi-task and utilize project management skills to plan, coordinate, and facilitate executives# meetings and functions. Assists with creating and distributing correspondence to leadership, employees, board members, and community leaders. May schedule/coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements. May maintain assigned calendar(s) as directed. May originate, prepare, process and edit personnel, financial, and/or operational reports and documents. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. No experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under general supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Learning and beginning to apply specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization. Applies knowledge at a basic level relying heavily on senior staff for troubleshooting.
