Are you interested in joining a successful, expanding wealth management team, in a key role leading the Trust Operations team and coordinating delivery of a variety of trust support activities. Frandsen Bank & Trust seeks a Trust Operations Officer, who will be based out of our New Ulm Wealth Management Trust office location. This position will report directly to the head of the Wealth Management & Trust Division. 
The qualified individual should have experience in general account operations and system support in the financial services or banking industry. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess a strong work ethic, and have a general knowledge of accounting, finance principals and operations. This position is responsible for timely support services, including daily payments and department reconciliation, client on-boarding, statutory and regulatory reporting, database administration and general project management. A bachelor’s degree is desired or equivalent work experience. 
Duties And Responsibilities Will Include 
• Delivery of an internal service culture ensuring the team’s timely and thorough assistance to colleagues and clients across a range of support services including daily payments and department reconciliation, client on-boarding, account opening and maintenance, statutory and regulatory reporting, database administration, robust data integrity, and general project management. 
• Responsible for management of operations and administrative support staff, including setting objectives, personal development goals and longer-term career development plans where appropriate. 
• Training others, being generous with availability to support the development of junior members of the trust operations team, including providing timely and constructive feedback 
• Create structure and elevate team abilities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
• Collaborating with peers across Frandsen’s trust business to ensure efficient operation of day-to-day routines and implementing procedural improvements as required. 
• Focus on continual process improvements by streamlining procedures, enhancing current systems and implementation of technological improvements. 
• Other duties as assigned.
