Overview We are seeking a wellness enthusiast and content creator to play a dual role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and creating engaging content across various platforms, while contributing to our digital content strategy. In your role as a Content Creator, you will develop, design, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with management to generate ideas, write blog posts, create graphics, and manage social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals. In the Studio Associate capacity, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming and organized studio environment. An ability to multi-task efficiently with a passion for health + wellness is must. What you’ll be doing: Develop, create, and publish content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Offer vision and contribute new and innovative ideas to the marketing and growth efforts to continually grow Ember’s presence. Monitor and engage with audiences on social media platforms. Actively participate and assist in marketing initiatives including ad designs, website and social media content creation, drafting blogs and newsletters, market research, etc. Work with management on the planning, scheduling, and promoting of classes, trainings and workshops for external customers. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all content. Make recommendations for the distribution and creation of collateral materials with the intention of increasing sales and brand awareness among target customers and clients. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Provide top-notch customer service - warmly greet clients, answer any questions, give an overview of our mission, tours of our space. Book and confirm appointments via phone, email, and Momence. Promote pre-booking, drive product and retail sales and drive customer retention. Maintain a current and evolving count on inventory of retail products and supplies. Collaborate with management on restocking as needed. Perform general cleaning, dusting of retail products and shelves, sweeping of studio floor throughout the day, as well as laundry and sanitation. Continually monitor Ember’s general email account and social media direct messaging. Assist with retail initiatives such as new product launches, display design, website coordination, events, promotions, campaigns, etc. What you’ll need to do it: A friendly, warm, and outgoing personality to greet and converse with customers, instructors, ambassadors, and ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Experience in content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design. A passion for holistic wellness, nutrition, fitness, and healthy living. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Google Docs, Canva, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. Ability to learn our booking software, Momence, and work management platform, Monday.com. A caring soul and genuine interest in the well-being of others and our environment. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
