We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our education technology products in the state of Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and higher education institutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the Arizona education market. Client Relationship Management: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, district leaders, and higher education executives. Product Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and impact of our education technology solutions. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Travel: Travel within the state of Arizona to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent the company at industry events as needed. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in the education technology sector or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education system in Arizona, including K-12 and higher education institutions. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Travel: Willingness to travel within Arizona as required.
