Position: Accounts Payable Processor
Location: Mesa, AZ 85210
Setting: 100% On-site ( prioritizing local candidates )
Compensation: $21 - $22
Hours: Full-time
The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience successfully processing high volume of invoices weekly. This candidate should exemplify a professional demeanor and have effective communication skills.
Essential Functions and Duties:
• Manage email vendor inbox and clerical duties as needed to support the AP team
• Process priority invoices and disbursement requests daily
• Assist with vendor inquiries, reconciliations, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain existing vendor accounts
Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years of accounts payable processing experience
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines using time management skills, attention to detail
• Punctual and dependable
• High School Diploma or GED required
