This is a full-time remote opportunity for a dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping clients find the right mortgage solutions. You must be based in CO, KS, TX, MO, NM, WA, MI, or AZ to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients through branches, realtors, and builders to originate mortgage loans.
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants and take comprehensive loan applications.
• Collaborate with our centralized loan support area to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Respond to referrals and assist in gathering additional information as needed.
• Cross-sell our range of bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle complex financial materials.
• Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and maintaining composure under pressure.
