Personal Lines Broker
We are looking for a new team member to our Chandler, AZ office location. We're not just a great company, we're a family that takes care of each other. We're a smaller brokerage that has been growing steadily over the last 10 years, and we choose our team members carefully to continue that growth. If you're a little funky/goofy, quick-witted, and/or have a heart for taking care of people we want to talk with you. The pay is $17-$22 per hour to start plus monthly commission based on sales. You will never have to cold call; we have plenty of leads coming in every day to keep you busy. We also give bonuses a couple times a year based on performance and time with the company. Commission is not capped- unlimited earning potential!
