Global Industrial Engineering Program Manager
Setting, driving, and improving standardized industrial engineering methods and systems for factory line steering performance improvement. Standardize and rationalize reporting structures within Front End operations. Develop and refine predictive and reporting tools and guidelines to support fabs to identify, react and prevent line balance issues. Develop rules of engagement to options for reducing line disruptions. Identify and share industrial engineering solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in and/or lead global cross-functional teams. Drive design and operation of Industrial Engineering solutions. Drive convergence of analysis and shop floor applications. Travel 1 or 2 times a year domestic and occasionally international.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Systems Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
One (1) year of experience in the job offered, Product Engineer and Data Automation, Automation Engineer or similar occupations.
