An ideal candidate would possess strong organizational skills, work in a fast paced environment, be upbeat, positive and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Duties to include, but not limited to are; Welcoming visitors Answering phones Forms and document management Ordering and stocking supplies Facilitating and supporting the onboarding of new employees during new hire orientation and the children and families during admissions Occasional travel; shopping, running errands, etc. Additional duties as assigned Requirements: Must be 18 years of age Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or related field is preferred Equivalent education/work experience will be considered Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word and Excel) and GoTo Meeting Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with multiple interruptions a day Compassionate with an ability to set boundaries Reliable and committed to making a difference for individuals and their families Warm personality that is approachable and easily assimilates into various teams Team player with an ability to work well with others to accomplish goals Quick learner who can learn strategies that will best support the program and individuals served Maintains a professional work ethic and appearance Come join our amazing team of committed and caring professionals.
