Green Mango is growing! Join us in our Chandler office!. We are hiring a lead customer service representative for our termite department . Our office is modern, friendly and fun. Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming calls. Respond to service e-mails. Identify and assess customer needs and manage the details to achieve satisfaction. Proactively reach out to current Green Mango customers to invite them to schedule termite inspections. Develop job and industry knowledge to facilitate provision of accurate and thorough information to customers and respond fluently to inquiries. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through responsive and interactive communication Manage new customer set up and pull payment for incoming termite department sales via industry software Schedule home inspections, consults and treatments. Receive and resolve customer complaints promptly; manage all details and follow up to ensure resolution Create records of customer interactions, process account changes and required documents Use initiative to engage customers Coordinate with Billing, Termite Sales, Termite Technicians and Customer Service staff to provide premium care and service. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot through challenges Present a positive attitude and cooperative nature working in a team setting Requirements Proven customer support experience required, preferably phone based Prior pest control experience preferred Ability to learn our industry, retain and impart new information accurately Demonstrate clear, confident and professional communication Possess a customer orientation and the ability to adapt style and respond to our customers Map reading ability Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High School diploma Ability to work days, Monday - Friday Communication method(s) used: Email Phone Work environment: Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: call center: 1 year (Required) customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
