Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials : TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Spray Foam, Steep-Slope Proficient in using construction estimating software and project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of commercial roofing projects to determine scope of work, materials, and labor requirements. Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial reroofing projects. Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to manage and ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Communicate consistently and effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any questions. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance and address any issues or concerns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Occasional travel throughout region to visit potential out-of-state projects.
