Responsibilities Collect, update, and maintain existing customer information Provide exceptional communication and customer service Increase sales and identify prospective customers Submit and follow-up on proposals. Execute additional tasks as needed Experience 2-year degree or at least 2 years of elevator manufacturing and/or sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with order processing/ERP systems Experience with phone sales, preferred Skills Resourceful and skilled in problem-solving, ability to prioritize tasks and multitask Detail oriented and organized Able to communicate effectively, complimented with great people skills & a sense of humor Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Unshakeable integrity MEI’s 50+ years in the elevator industry gives us an unparalleled ability to handle both custom and standard elevator projects with ease.
