Assistant Managers are comfortable taking responsibility as well as delegating it; they thrive on challenges and continually look for opportunities to learn. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient store operations and enforcing store policy. Along with the General Manager, they provide guidance to Team Members during their assigned shifts. ```Duties``` - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries or concerns - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance - Bilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained - Collaborate with the manager to create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms - Support the manager in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback - Assist in organizing employee orientation and training programs ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred - Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Knowledge of retail management principles and practices - Excellent administrative and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus - Bilingual skills (if applicable) would be an asset Responsibilities:: ● Assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity. ● Ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. ● Will complete the store opening/ closing and follow opening/ closing procedures ● Makes bank deposits ● Assist the General Manager with product ordering ● Brand loyalty: Communicate and execute a positive brand impression to the overall Guest experience. ● Must ensure consistency and high-quality preparation of smoothies and Guest service. ● Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas. ● Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances. Essential Functions: ● Operates a blender and POS cashier system. ● Regularly moves boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store. ● Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts. ● The employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens. ● Knowledgeable of general POS functionality. ● Excellent Communication Skills, and ability to give and receive feedback. ● Must be extremely reliable ● Equal Opportunity Employer.
