Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse
Compensation: $40 to $44 per Visit + $4000 in Bonuses During First Year of Employment

Position Summary: Nurses looking for autonomy and variety should consider practicing in home health care, the fastest growing segment of the healthcare industry, as an RN Visit Nurse. Provide care for clients in their home environments, building meaningful relationships by helping them achieve their goals to remain healthy at home.
Responsibilities
• Assessing and re-evaluating the client’s condition and needs as required
• Provide patient care according to the client’s care plan and needs
• Teach the client and/or family members about care and support skills
• Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team
Qualifications
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred
• Prior Nursing experience in a Home Health, Hospice, or TCU setting is ideal
