• 5+ years of overall Desktop Support experience
• Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency.
• Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location.
• Mainly need to know how to build images for Windows Environment
• Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users.
• Looking for a specialist to provide Level II Desktop support to Windows and Active Directory + Mac OS
