Job duties for Office Coordinator | Clerical:
· General clerical duties such as answering calls, responding and directing emails, and greeting visitors
· Manage and maintain order request for office supplies
· Assist team members and managers with duties as needed
· File, record, review, and distribute paperwork (invoices, separates, and transfer to electronic files)
· Manage and distribute mail
· Assist with daily audits, set-up of plant functions, coordinate and assist with safety meetings
· Assist with onboarding, managing time clocks, issuing employee lockers, maintaining communication boards, and recognition/award programs
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Office Coordinator | Clerical:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2-5 years of prior office, HR, and/or customer service experience
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Excellent attention to detail. highly organized, and can work well in a team environment
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
