MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND AND BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN. 6:30am - 5:00pm, must work every other weekend, and may include holidays. Job Summary Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies Organizing and correctly storing food supplies Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot beverages Completes all required logs in a timely manner Communicates and addresses patient food issues/concerns and needs to Food & Nutrition Services Complies with Federal, State and local health and sanitation regulations and follows department sanitation guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proven experience assisting in kitchens Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations The ability to stand for extended periods The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to work in a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills Must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, and kneel Must have a high school Diploma or GED, or related experience Must be able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen Why PROMAN Staffing ?
