Role Responsibilities/Duties Team Leadership (scheduling, hiring, training) Membership Growth (actively grow the membership base) Ensure studio standards are maintained Conduct facility audits and walk-throughs Manage inventory levels and supplies for studio maintenance and marketing materials Oversee retail purchasing and inventory Handle daily financial reporting (e.g., budget reconciliation, auditing refunds, and unpaid bills) Manage IT, technical, and facility updates Maintain and maximize working relationships with local partners Analyze current processes and identify improvements to maximize efficiency Personal Attributes Deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness Detail-oriented and well-organized Effective problem solver Driven and competitive Able to multi-task with minimal supervision Flexible and willing to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 1-2 years of operations experience, ideally in a fitness setting Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Shift: Day shift Application Question(s): Ahmad is working with his team when another supervisor comes up to him and says, "You should keep an eye on the incompetent people who work for you.
