Position Overview: As a Marketing and Graphic Design Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns and communications. You will collaborate with our team to create engaging content, devise innovative strategies, and ensure timely execution. Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Management: Develop, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns. This includes drafting copy, designing graphics and layouts, and optimizing performance through detailed analysis. Campaign Strategy: Contribute creative ideas for campaign strategies and assist in implementing these strategies. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Collaboration: Work with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in scheduling and creating marketing campaigns. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in copywriting with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Experience with email marketing platforms and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and strategies. Familiarity with performance analytics and reporting.
