The pay range is $54,800.00 - $98,600.00

A role in Global Supply Planning means ensuring that the supply, capacity, production and inventory plans are established in conjunction with demand plans and manufacturing processes to meet business needs at the vendor, factory and/or mill level. The role will ensure that capacity is available to manufacture the right product, at the right time and in the right location. The role is one of the key links between the manufacturing factories, Global sourcing, Product Development and Design, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Finance and Supply Chain. This new capability is still being scaled, which allows for creative thinking and leadership opportunities.
As a Global Supply Planning Analyst in Home, Hardlines, and Essentials & Beauty you will support the Global Supply Planning and cross-functional teams to build Long Range, Capacity, and Production Plans for Business Partners who support Target Owned Brands. You will have an opportunity to make a broad scope impact within Home, Hardlines, and Essentials & Beauty as you work on projects with stakeholders in Minneapolis and overseas. As Global Supply Planning continues to scale as a new capability within Owned Brand Sourcing and Development, you will assist in the evolution of supply planning processes and systems and will have the opportunity to propose new process and tool recommendations. You will manage the coordination of critical data in the global supply planning process and newly developed supply planning technology to ensure data sets are complete and maintained. You will also be responsible for identifying critical data to enable our work, analyzing sources, and problem solving to deliver solutions to drive our capability forward.  You will lead the development of reporting to help the team track, refine, and report on supply-related KPI’s and provide data and analysis to drive the business forward. Through this work, you will lead routines to continuously drive improvements of inputs and outputs to the supply planning process in service of increased financial visibility and more proactive problem solving.

About you:
• 4-year degree or equivalent experiences
• 1+ years merchandising, planning, data analytics, or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong data analytic skills with a strong ability to understand and troubleshoot data integrity as new data sets are created.
• Ability to build data connections from multiple sources and analyze data to effectively problem solve, communicate insights, and develop recommendations for partners.
• Advanced Excel skills required. Other skills such as SQL, power query, basic coding, preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills. Ability to work with varying groups of people across the company and globally to achieve business results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
• Detail-oriented multi-tasker
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and demonstrates interest for working in a start-up environment
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
