Residential Treatment Supervisor
Who we are: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit agency that provides Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) and outpatient mental health services. Our outpatient mental health services, which include CTSS and ARMHS Services, reach individuals of all ages and demographics in the community setting in our local communities of St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca. Our PRTF services provide treatment to adolescent males with complex mental health conditions at our St. Peter campus. This is an intense and collaborative environment that specializes in care that is more intensive than traditional residential services and serves individuals who do not require psychiatric hospitalization.
What we're looking for: This position is responsible for communication, and correspondence, ensuring the successful operation of residential therapeutic activities, and overseeing the therapeutic trajectory of assigned clients at our agency. This position will be knowledgeable in group and family systems theories and be an integral part of the clinical team. This position will assist in directing and development of effective service delivery team using applicable principles of ethical, clinical, service provision, and programming across Hoffmann campus.
Required Education, Experience And Qualifications
• Masters Degree or higher in family therapy, psychology, social work, or a related human service field; such as MFT, MA, MS, Psy.D., Ph.D.
• Holds a license in the state of Minnesota or is license eligible; such as LMFT, LICSW and LPCC.
• At least 2 years experience working with adolescents who are emotionally and/or behaviroally disturbed and their families.
• Applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass an Applicant Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services
