As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Current positions are 2-5 hours in duration. Looking for early morning (630-830 am) or after school hours 3-7/8 pm. Schedules can be flexible for part time needs. ## Responsibilities - Provide assistance with daily living activities including personal care and hygiene - Monitor and document individuals' progress and behaviors - Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs - Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities - Ensure a clean and safe living environment for individuals - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care ## Skills - Experience in patient monitoring, senior care, and activities of daily living (ADLs) - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - CPR certification is preferred - Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities - Familiarity with home health practices and dementia care is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
