Responsibilities Graphic design work including but not limited to the creation of sales fliers, catalogs, banners, tradeshow booths, logos, and apparel Assist with the creation and execution of new product launch strategies including competitive analysis Design, copywrite and schedule social media content Aid in planning and organizing tradeshows and other industry events Handle all industry memberships and sponsorships. Assist with managing relationships with vendors, customers and industry partners Manage Net Promotor Score and Key Performance Indicator reports Obtain and sort customer reports for email marketing campaigns Oversee promotional product ordering and inventory Contribute to the proposal of new ideas and initiatives in all facets of marketing Maintain brand standards throughout multiple platforms Limited travel required for marketing events, tradeshows and field visits Execute additional tasks as needed Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Canva Knowledge of marketing trends, best practices and resources Experience creating social media content for various platforms Graphic design capability with page layout skills and logo creation Experience with third-party email platforms such as Constant Contact, MailChimp or equivalent Understanding of Net Promotor Score and managing customer feedback General understanding of SEO, Adwords, and Google Analytics Website updating skills on WordPress desirable but not required Photo editing skills desirable but not required Experience using CRM platforms desirable but not required Skills Analytical and creative thinking Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented and ability to proofread Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to multi-task/prioritize workload Self-motivated team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change Positive attitude and sense of humor Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, design or brand management role or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job MEI’s 50+ years in the elevator industry gives us an unparalleled ability to handle both custom and standard elevator projects with ease.
