(External) Position Summary : We are looking for an experienced Team member to join TFT’s Sales Department and fill the role as a Sales Support Specialist. In this position, there will be a wide variety of responsibilities including accessing customer databases, coordinate order processing, handle quotations and samples, update documentation, and resolving customer issues. ( Internal ) Position Summary: The responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist include including accessing customer databases, coordinate order processing, handle quotations and samples, update documentation, and resolving customer issues. The Sales Support Specialist will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Sales & Marketing. Qualifications: Attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills Strong team player, works effectively and efficiently in a collaborative Team environment Proficient in Office 365 & Microsoft Products, ERP knowledge helpful 2 years of Experience in customer service or sales related role. College degree preferred but not required. Position responsibilities: Maintain and update customer and sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Coordinate with the sales team to streamline order processing and ensure timely delivery of products/services. Set up new customers and maintain existing customer records in ERP system. Respond to Customer requests for standard quotations, stock checks, catalogues & samples. Enter sales orders & sample orders for products into ERP system and send customer confirmations. Create and update work instructions and other documentation as required. Support action items within sales system to ensure completion in a timely manner. Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, billing, and delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
