Fat Tuesday Glendale is a high-volume restaurant and Bar/ Nightclub with two locations in the valley. We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant Assistant Manager. RESPONSIBILITY: Assistant Bar Manager Job duties include but are not limited to: Customer service and oversight of 30+ Team members., Scheduling, Weekly Inventory, Ordering of products, Payroll, Cost of goods, Team Building, Night Club Manager, Special event coordinator. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Great Attitude, must be a leader, Flexible schedule, have Serve Safe, Tile 4 liquor Training and Arizona Food Handler Card.
