Position Summary: The Manager is responsible for bringing the culture of Hot Wings, Cold Beer, and Good Times to life in our restaurants. The Manager manages daily operations of our restaurant. This includes selection, development, and performance management of employees, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience, and protecting the brand through food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol. They are responsible for both the revenue and cost elements of the company’s profit and loss statements as well as overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies. Oversees the marketing and sales functions of their restaurant as well as the day-to-day operations.
