RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the company’s operational strategy, participating in strategic planning discussions and transitioning concepts into an actionable, long-term vision
• Drive innovation and growth by leveraging industry knowledge and past experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of our business, including financials, client relations, and internal systems
• Serve as a thought leader within the company and represent Asmark at conferences, seminars, and within industry circles
• Facilitate high-level discussions and decisions that impact the organization’s future
• Ensure the scalability of our foundation, making long-term strategic decisions for improvement and growth
• Cultivate strong relationships with all team members, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and part of the team
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development, facilitating strategic discussions: cascading messages, a culture of accountability, strategic execution, etc.
• Enhance key metrics and streamline processes across departments
• Implement and follow EOS consistently across all business activities
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
• Conduct productive L10 and other meetings, ensuring alignment, actionable steps, and follow-through
• Provide executive oversight of financial management, ensuring the company’s resources are optimized for growth and sustainability
• Continuously address and solve day-to-day challenges
• Remove barriers and obstacles
*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Owensboro, KY*
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Proven track record as a COO or equivalent executive leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and scale a complex organization
• Experience managing P&L or equivalent financial management of $5M+ budgets
• Experience setting and executing high-level strategic goals across multiple departments
• Experience leading multiple departments in organizations of 20+ employees with multiple levels of leadership
• Experience coaching through organizational leadership methodologies
• Utilizing project management methodologies to push executive agendas
Preferred
• Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience
• Integrator experience
• Agile experience
• Software development experience
Desired
• Experience in regulation heavy or agriculture industries
• Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and leadership literature, such as Patrick Lencioni’s works!
