Job Description
• You will serve as the expert analyst responsible for broad projects/program areas supporting information technology resources, operations and policies.
• Provides assistance for operations, systems acquisition, and life cycle management activities.
• You will utilize the Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (examples include SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Incumbent will fill a role as Test Coordinator and must have experience in one of the following ERP disciplines: Systems Architect; Manufacturing Remanufacturing (MRM); Acquisition; Analytics and Test.
• Serves as technical authority in the areas of test management for applications systems design, analysis and testing.
• Acts as a Project Officer (APO) for testing multiple information technology projects across the acquisition life cycle to include the design, development, Test and sustainment.
• Serves as the activity's representative on DoD, DA and AMC Functional Coordinating Groups and Working Groups in all facets of computer technology.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. To qualify you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled: 1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. 4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. AND Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Manage Information Technology programs supporting systems acquisition or lifecycle management activities (examples include but not limited to technology outsourcing, design, development, fielding or sustainment); (2) Utilize an Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (examples include but not limited to SAP, PeopleSoft) (examples include GCSS-A, LMP, AESIP, GFEBS), such as the Global Combat Support System - Army, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and Enterprise Business Systems (EBS); (3) Support ERP projects in the areas of Test, Manufacturing Remanufacturing (MRM), Finance, Acquisition, or Analytics.
