Summary: Seeking a Stamping Process Engineer for the 2nd shift with extensive experience in metals processing, precision adjustments, and hands-on mechanical equipment work.
Job Requirements:
• Significant experience in metals processing.
• Expertise in stainless steel film stamping, forming, and winding.
• Proficiency in metal forming and making precision adjustments.
• Experience with older stamping and metal forming equipment.
• Custom built equipment experience.
• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting and system improvement skills.
• Ability to perform precision alignment or adjustment of mechanical assembly systems within +/- 0.00X tolerance.
• Hands-on mechanical equipment experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Good eyesight and attention to detail for precise measurements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on work with mechanical equipment for at least 6 hours per day on the production floor.
• Utilize trial and error methods to make necessary adjustments to older stamping and metal forming equipment.
• Troubleshoot and improve electro-mechanical systems in production.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $49.00 per hour
