Shift start time depends on the department.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPerform set-up- start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as neededAssist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operationApply and practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Good Sanitation Practices (GSP’s)Own and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.Conduct daily production line checks and documentation; quality checklists; HACCP detailsPerform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assignedOperate electric hand truck as neededConsistently communicate with department coworkers and/or shift lead/supervisors appropriatelyQualifications & RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentActive in collaborative approach and cross-functional communicatorExperience in a manufacturing setting/environmentPhysical RequirementsThis position is considered a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery and equipment.
