Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager located in New Ulm, MN. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing health and safety programs, conducting accident investigations, providing training, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations on site.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Scientific or Engineering discipline; a degree in Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related discipline is preferred
• 5+ years of SHE experience and certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP) are a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable state and federal EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations and experience in auditing compliance Accident Investigation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and training capabilities
• Proven track record of success establishing meaningful and interpersonal relationships
