What you'll be doing:
• Responsible for directing, overseeing, and providing appropriate leadership to the Nursing department in support and promotion of The Medical Center's mission, vision, and values
• This includes business planning, organizing, and controlling the department of nursing and patient services
• Oversees a multi-unit department comprised of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring patient care is in accordance with accepted standards
• Authority and accountability for nursing practice, nursing education, and nursing activities
• Maintains collaborative relationships with other departments and provides consultation services, as necessary
• All duties are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, established policies and procedures, and quality standards
What you can expect is:
• Reports to the COO. Will supervise around 30 FTE's
• The Medical Center is a 19 bed critical access hospital
Requirements
What they're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing. RN Licensure required
• 5 years of Acute Care Nursing experience along with 3 years of management experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

• The range is between 65K-90K depending on experience
