The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

As an Advanced Analytics Lead on the Performance and Insights team, you will leverage your analytics and problem-solving experience to address some of our clients’ most pressing questions about the performance of their media investments with Roundel and shape their go-forward strategy. You will translate business questions into analytic approaches and frameworks to uncover insights and translate your findings back to the client in the form of data-driven recommendations. This position reports to a Director, Performance and Insights. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
About you:
General experience:
• Minimum 7 years of advanced digital media analytics with at least 3 years engaging directly with clients
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and craft analytics approaches that they can put into action and directly inform their media strategy.
• Tie findings to broader industry trends and performance drivers to deliver the full context behind performance recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills to uncover the drivers of media performance via integration of multiple data sources and communicate findings and recommendations to internal partners and clients in a clear, concise way
• Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrixed environment partnering with internal insights, data and account management teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical, deep analytics work into business outcomes and business questions into an analytical framework/approach
• Strong sense of curiosity and passion for hypothesis formulation and testing to drive new, innovative solutions
Analytics expertise:
• Hands-on experience in applied analytics, model building and statistical method selection ideally using retail/retail media data
• Intermediate (or higher) capabilities with SQL, R and/or Python and visualization packages to develop robust, advanced solutions to client business questions
• Expert at working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Well-organized and detail-oriented; commitment to thorough systematic documentation of your work
