About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Lindsay Windows in North Mankato, MN. Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee daily office operations
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Use and represent Lindsay Window's Core Values in all daily functions
• Aid and assist finance in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service management role, 3-5+ years of applicable work experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, ability to adapt to new software
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Building or Construction experience helpful
Rate:
• $50,000-$65,000/year. Salary Exempt
• Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
