Position Overview: The Event Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies for a range of events including concerts and music festivals. This role demands advanced skills in graphic and web design, as well as expertise in social media management and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating visually compelling content, optimizing online presence, and driving engagement through targeted ads. Key Responsibilities: Graphic & Web Design: Design and produce high-quality visual materials for event promotions, including banners, flyers, social media graphics, and event websites. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events, engage with audiences, and drive traffic. Manage content schedules, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics. Digital Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Optimize ad performance based on KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. Event Promotion: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to maximize event visibility and attendance. Collaborate with the team to create engaging content and promotional materials. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments. Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand image across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the company’s values and messaging. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and successful execution of promotional activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing, with a strong emphasis on graphic and web design, social media management, and digital advertising. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with web design tools such as WordPress or similar platforms. Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts and executing effective social media campaigns. Advertising Acumen: Proven experience with digital advertising platforms and techniques, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing impactful visual content. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
