Responsibilities: Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee daily office operations Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions Use and represent Lindsay Window's Core Values in all daily functions Aid and assist finance in Accounts Payable (AP) operations Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service management role, 3-5+ years of applicable work experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, ability to adapt to new software Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Building or Construction experience helpful Rate: $50,000-$65,000/year.
