ILPEA Industries is hiring for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician! ILPEA Industries has a 4-day work week with flex hours, an opportunity to earn a $2,200 retention bonus, $1/hr shift differential for 3rd shift, capped OT limits, monthly perfect attendance pay-outs, and monthly employee appreciation events. This is a full-time position with hours available of 8pm to 6am Monday through Thursday. Additional OT as needed. ILPEA Industries is looking for a candidate who has general maintenance understanding and experience. Experience with electrical and welding is helpful, but not required. If you have the desire to learn, we can teach you the rest! Qualifications : This is a job that can require heavy lifting on a regular basis, ability to lift 40+ pounds. It requires a great deal of walking and the ability to use all sorts of tools for repairing machinery and equipment.
