We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team that has attention to detail and takes pride in their work to paint the interior and exterior of homes, buildings and other surfaces. We have a steady workflow and need good people to join our team and grow with us. Must be able to work independently and know all aspects of painting. This position will be mainly for interior painting. Please be honest with your experience, because it will be evident immediately. Must be reliable and be presentable. Must be able to interact professionally with homeowners and other team members. Need to be able to get to the job site and have reliable transportation. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We require a background check. Responsibilities Must be able to cut in with clean straight lines and be able to roll using a 9” and 18” roller setup. Drywall repair and stucco repair skills is a plus. Must be able to prep the exterior and interior of homes from start to finish. Must be competent with spraying. Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions. Skills Proven experience as a painter Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to apply them Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc. Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc. Conscientious with great attention to detail High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Schedule: 8 hour shift Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: Cave Creek, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
