Fetta Specialty Pizza in Owensboro, KY is looking for one dishwasher/prep cook to join our 27 person strong team.. Primarily looking for morning shifts. 15-20 hours per week up to full time. We are located on 118 St Ann St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Responsibilities *Wash dishes, pots, utensils, trays, and pans by hand *Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas *Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking *Weigh and measure ingredients *Follow recipes *Mix, wash, peel, chop, strain, cook, meat and vegetables *Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces *Label stock and inventory all ingredients *Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Qualifications *Proven working experience as a dishwasher *Punctual with a great attendance record *Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to receiving your application.
