General Manager - True Food Market

What you will do:
• Lead and manage FOH and HOH team members to maximize sales and optimize profits through the management of P&L's, inventory and controllable cash to achieve forecasting and budget results.
• Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, touching tables and presentation is up to True Food Market standards.
• Perform with HOH team, precise line checks and facility walks with proper follow up and documentation and participates with all EcoSure & Health inspections, ensuring a safe restaurant environment.
• Manage all FOH & HOH team members in accordance with True Food Market policies and applicable laws to include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, labor costs, training and development of team members; planning assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining team members.
• Facilitate formal and informal channels of development for all team members.
• Represent TFK Market culture when communicating with guests in any way and respond to all guest inquiries within True Food Market standards.
• Lead every shift with passion and drive to create an efficient, productive work environment.

• Are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Are resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last-minute requests.
• Experience as a general manager for more than 3 years in a full service or fast casual, high-volume restaurant.
• Have expert knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
