Job Summary: As an Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) specialist, the primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and adherence to quality standards of outgoing shipments. You will meticulously verify shipment data against specified requirements, promptly address any abnormalities encountered during the quality assurance process and oversee customer inspection procedures. This role also entails proactive communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and uphold rigorous quality control measures throughout the shipment process. Duties and responsibilities: · Shipment data review: o Check the consistency of the picking information according to the stocking plan o According to the FR data exported from the planned order number, check whether the data meet the requirements; o Export the delivery pick list; · According to the requirements of the relevant documents, carry out quality inspection of the shipped modules: o Identify and record quality problems related to shipment, and give feedback; o Isolation, marking and feedback of nonconforming modules to prevent them from being stored and finally shipped; · Participate in customer loading supervision, cooperate with the monitor to supervise the loading and confirm: o According to the landing supervision order, confirm the vehicle arrival information and shipping location in advance; o According to the monitor requirements, coordinate the on-site landing supervision requirements; · Improving innovation management: o Based on the improvement and innovation indicators within the department, actively explore innovative ideas and complete the application work; o Responsible for improving the application of innovation, implementing plans, and confirming the effectiveness, ensuring the authenticity and rationality of data during the analysis process; o Regularly learn and improve relevant management systems for innovation. · Participate in improvement activities of relevant departments such as the production department and process department, and implement improvement measures; · Actively participate in various learning and training activities organized and arranged by the company and departments, continuously improve one's business level, and adapt to the changes and development needs of the company and the market; · Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors and matters requiring assistance. · Always Adhere to all JA Solar and OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds · Meet or exceed company safety standards · Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications: · Some College in related field · Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Familiar with the technical quality standards, inspection and test methods of solar energy industry, with EXCEL tabulation ability · Familiar with statistical techniques, sampling methods, measurement system analysis, skilled in office and other office software operation · Master the use of measuring instruments, inspection and test equipment, WORD, EXCEL and other office software · Proficient in using seven QC methods, familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits, trained in ISO9000 system management, and familiar with manufacturing enterprise operation management systems · Proficient in applying SPC, FMEA, MSA and familiar with the daily workflow of the quality department Working conditions: · Works in manufacturing facility · Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment · May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays Physical requirements: · Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree · Heavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around equipment · Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls EEO/AA Statement JA Solar is an EEO/AA (equal opportunity/affirmative action) institution and does not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, physical or mental disability, creed, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, or gender expression in the programs or activities which it operates.
