We are seeking passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team and assist in certifying patients for the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program. Responsibilities & Duties: Patient Advocacy : Support patients in incorporating medical marijuana into their treatment plans. Comprehensive Evaluations : Conduct thorough assessments of patients for the medical cannabis program. Accurate Documentation : Maintain precise and up-to-date notes and medical records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Requirements: Licensing : Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license to practice in Kentucky. Certification : DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and Controlled Substance License. Certification: Medical Cannabis evaluations approval through the KY Board of Nursing. Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using technology, specifically our in-house EMR system (training will be provided).
