Ensure that all food is returned to the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned according to the restaurant's standards. Ensure that all food is stored and labeled properly. Ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized. Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
