If they Qualify for a program being offered - their data will be transferred to mortgage specialist and Home Owner will be introduced live to our client for processing. WHAT DO WE DO? We provide a pre-screening service for our Clients in regards to various programs for multiple types of Home Mortgage products. We only transfer a Home Owner who may benefit from a mortgage program based on the pre-screening information we obtain. We follow up with the Home Owners as the product parameters change to get them in a program when they come available as well. No Closing required by our agents.
