We are seeking a COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN to work in Virginia market. This position will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing varying types of HVAC equipment in commercial buildings. Sign on bonus $3000.00. Duties include helping to and learning to: Maintain, service, and repair to HVAC systems. Identify pro-active repairs needed on HVAC equipment to prevent down-time. Troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems. Conduct performance tests. Travel to different locations throughout the day. Document daily activity on company provided iPad. Communicate with customers and company staff effectively.
