## Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Occupancy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, customer service, and administrative tasks. Experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and property law is highly desirable. ## Duties - Manage tenant applications, leases, and renewals - Ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations and guidelines - Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process - Maintain accurate resident records and files - Handle inquiries from current and prospective tenants with professionalism - Assist in resolving tenant issues and disputes promptly - Collaborate with property management to optimize occupancy rates ## Requirements - Proficiency in file management and record-keeping - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and property leasing practices - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage contracts and agreements effectively - Prior experience in customer service or customer relationship management - Understanding of property law and regulations related to occupancy Join our team as an Occupancy Specialist to contribute to our mission of providing quality housing solutions while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
