We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader and Assistant General Manager to BRAND NEW QDOBA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Shift Leader and Assistant General Managerwill be expected to provide guidance and support to their team, ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and maintain a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate others. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of employees. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to team members. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed. Enforce company policies and procedures. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. Train new employees on proper procedures. *Both postions are eligible for tips with potential earning of $1.50-$3hr in addition to your hourly rate.
