Homeland Inc. is seeking to hire a diligent part-time Apartment Cleaning Technician responsible for cleaning vacant units at multiple apartment complexes located in Owensboro, KY. ( 24HRS per week M_F Day Shift/ No Nights/ No Weekends ) with flexible schedule . Responsibilities include maintaining vacant units by sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces; keeping offices clean; keeping grounds picked up, and other duties as needed by the Site Manager & Regional Property Manager.
