Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead field team of roofers, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout projects. Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and asphalt shingles. Inspect and assess roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress. Train and mentor roofing technicians, providing ongoing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
